The site is operated by PT CHINDO BALI EXPORT, a limited liability company (Perseroan Terbatas) established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, registered address: Jl. 2. Purpose of the site
The site gives general information about the company and its business activities: warehousing and storage, and cargo handling (loading and unloading).
Nothing on the site is an offer or a binding commitment. Services are provided only under a separate agreement with the company. Sending a request through the form does not create a contract.
3. Acceptable use
You may view the site and contact us through it for lawful purposes. You must not:
- interfere with the operation of the site or try to gain unauthorised access to it;
- send unlawful, misleading or automated bulk messages through the contact form;
- use the company's name or materials in a way that suggests an association that does not exist.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties first try to settle any dispute by negotiation; failing that, it is submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
